The stool makes a loud cracking noise that is distracting to my clients. And the seat is very small. I weigh half the weight limit, so it should not sound like it’s breaking. 

Advantages: Good for small spaces. 

Disadvantages: Loud and small. 

Doesn't come with the best instructions, so I recommend receiving help with set up. I love the bed, nice finish, and sturdy.

Advantages: Very comfortable, sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing.

Disadvantages: You can't adjust the height and it will slide around a bit if you are not careful.

I really wanted to love this steamer. When I place the handle in the perfect position to steam clients faces, the handle moves down slowly. I tried being okay with this but after a few months, it really is an issue. I have to hold it a lot of times so that it doesn’t go down. I also don’t like that removing and adjusting back the glass jar takes extra effort to make sure it closes properly or the steam goes out from the sides. 

Advantages: -Pretty quiet
-Lasts a good time before needing more water. longer than others I’ve used 
-Doesn’t take a lot of space 
-Love the head piece of the handle and how adjustable it is

Disadvantages: -Ticking sound
-Difficult to remove and put back the glass jar
-Handle doesn’t stay in place unless it’s very high, moves down slowly or quicker if it’s lower

I bought this hair steamer during Covid lock down time. My hair look flawless. I am so satisfied by it. The best investment I made.

Great towel warmer with lots of space. I use cotton towels which takes up a lot more room than microfiber so the more compact warmers wouldn't be able to hold enough hot towels to get me through a work day. This one holds about 18 rolled cotton hand towels. Another reviewer mentioned the door not staying open when loading towels, but I haven't had this issue. I also have not noticed a smell with mine.

Quiet closing of door if you're gentle with it, but must give 3 stars because it takes truly an entire hour to warm up. Very very slow to heat up the towels.

I’ve had this steamer for just over a year now. I use it several times a day to process my colors quickly.   It just started to leak water profusely though.   There is no instruction manual for troubleshooting  so I don’t know how I’ll fix it.  Otherwise I would give it more stars.  

Advantages: Processes the haircolor in half the time. 
Clients love it as opposed to a good dryer. 
Feels like you are getting a facial, & sound of the water steaming is relaxing. 

Disadvantages: It leaks profusely after awhile!!!

This has been a great machine. We use this in our Esthetics program. I'm here to order a 2nd device.

Advantages: I prefer this to the 1st machine we purchased because it can be moved from room to room. Our old machine was too heavy to move.

Disadvantages: Our only issue is needing a new power cord.

The bed is very sturdy overall. I love it for the electrical part that goes up and down. The manual tilt is very smooth as well and can stop at any degree of the incline. The only complaint would be how firm the bed topper itself is. The description says its 4 inch padding but not sure what kind of padding it is.. it's HARD! It's not comfortable to lay on it for more than 30 mins. I added a 2 inch memory foam padding on top and that made a huge difference. I also wish there's an option to add on arm rests on either sides for my bigger clients since this bed is pretty narrow overall. I'd totally buy this bed again for the price point and how sturdy it is.

I absolutely LOVE this chair!! My clients do too!  My only grump is that the pleather on the back is ripping out. 

Advantages: Very easy to clean and sanitize between clients. Comfortable to sit in, and massage features feel great! 

Disadvantages: Be ready to replace the impeller wheel inside the magnetic jet. The back side will start bulging and become noisy. Always keep a spare impeller on hand. 

This was more beautiful than I could have imagined! Not put in yet, but installation is super easy!

Good cart~ really easy to scrape up the bottom though, not sure why it’s made that way instead of with an add’l set of wheels~ perhaps to keep it from accidentally rolling forward under the weight of a heavy table~ Alex was nice though, and helped me out at the warehouse bc I picked up in person.

Affordable and functional. This is a great steamer especially if you are new to the industry like I am. The steam comes out even and takes about 15 minutes to heat up and can be set into standby to heat if you aren't ready to steam. The base and wheels are sturdy and won't tip over when pulling or pushing it into position. When you press the buttons it does beep so that is something to keep in mind for personal preference. It does also beep when the steam is done and the water needs to be refilled but can be worked around with proper timing. It came with 2 pads for essential oils to use during steam as well. The arm where the steam comes out does not heat up making it safe to place your hands on and it rotates and swings in various directions, making it very easy to position.
This is a great steamer for the price and I would highly recommend it.

The arm for the steam moves in various directions, making it super easy to position. The arm does not heat up. making it safe to touch when positioning during steam. Heating standby function if you aren't ready to turn on steam.

Disadvantages: Depends on preference and timing, but it does beep when buttons are pressed and when steam or water is done.
