Return/Shipping/Warranty Policy

Complimentary shipping is available for Pro Membership holders within the contiguous United States. At, we are committed to offering our valued members complimentary standard shipping on all orders, without any minimum purchase requirements or exclusions.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:

  1. Our company offers a 60-day return policy for qualifying items purchased from Customers located within the Contiguous United States may return their items and receive a full refund, provided that the returned item(s) are unused, with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable), and in the original packaging. Please note that returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may not qualify for a return or refund. Additionally, opened box items may be subject to restocking fees ranging from 15% to 80%, depending on the condition of the returned item. Please be advised that used items are not eligible for return. Please go to your account and select the order to start your easy self-service return, or contact us. If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly.

  2. Customers are eligible for refunds and exchanges within a period of 60 days from the initial date of purchase. Any remaining refunds or credits for merchandise will be issued to the customer in the original form of payment.

  3. Upon receipt and approval of your qualifying return, will proceed to credit your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to be reflected in your bank or credit card account.

  4. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable under any circumstances.

  5. Prior to returning any items, it is imperative to obtain approval from and Skin Act. Additionally, an RMA number must be provided alongside the returned merchandise.

  6. Cash refunds will not be provided for financed orders. Instead, store credit will be issued exclusively for such orders.


As an alternative to returning an eligible item for a refund, you may opt to exchange it instead. To initiate an exchange, kindly contact us. Our exchange process is designed to be both straightforward and expedient, as we strive to ensure that your new item is delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we will charge you for the new item and ship it to you promptly. Once the original item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, will issue a full refund (minus any shipping charges from the original order) to the original payment method.

Requirements & Local Codes:

Any conformance with local codes or inspections is the responsiblity of the purchaser.

For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, American territories outside main land and other international orders product warranty does not cover product shipping charges for replacement or damaged items in any shape or form and anytime or day after purchase. Client is solely responsible for all the shipping charges during the warranty period.

Limitations Of Warranty:

  1. The customer's purchase is covered by a 1 Year limited warranty. Some items come with Lifetime Warranty in which case the warranty term extends to the life of the unit, but all the other warranty limitation still apply such as improper use, damage due to natural elements, water damage and etc. All electronics and hydraulic pumps are covered by a industry standard 360 days warranty from the date of the purchase.

  2. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, design concepts, any chipping, fading or peeling of laminate or any acts of nature, such as, fire, water damage, freeze, etc.

  3. reserves the right to replace any discontinued item with a like or similar item.

  4. A licensed plumber must perform all installation for plumbing and all plumbing related equipment. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided. Documentation must be provided to for all plumbing related warranty issues.

  5. All transit costs for items returned to or replaced by is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  6. An approved electrician must service all equipment still under warranty. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided.

  7. Any reconditioned, open box and floor models are sold as is and do not include a warranty unless otherwise noted by

Warranty On All Equipment: 

1 Year warranty from date of invoice. Warranty for Malfunction & Manufacturer's defect only ( parts, labor & shipping not included). THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE EVENT EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED BY IMPROPER USE. This Warranty DOES NOT COVER malfunction and/or manufacturer's defects discoverable upon reasonable inspection on date of delivery, unless Warranty holder (1) submits photograph of defect or damage taken no later than date of delivery; and (2) reports defect or damage to company within 24 hours of date of delivery. Notwithstanding anything to contrary herein stated, this Warranty DOES NOT apply to any malfunction or manufacturer's defect unless Warranty holder: (1) obtains a return authorization number issued by company; (2) ships damaged or defective product to company under that authorization number together with original packaging and tracking number of carrier pursuant to which equipment was originally delivered;  The company will issue company credit only for returns. No refunds. IN THE EVENT OF CHARGEBACKS OR STOP PAYMENTS, THIS WARRANTY IS VOID. RECEIVER MUST BE PRESENT UPON ARRIVAL OF MERCHANDISE. ANY DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING, DO NOT REMOVE ITEMS FROM THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND MUST BE REPORTED TO SPAANDEQUIPMENT.COM. PHONE # 800.418.0830. Important Note*:, Skin Act strongly requires you ship your return with insurance using FedEx or UPS carriers. If there is any damage to the item upon return, we reserve the right to refuse refund, or to assess a restocking/repair fee to be subtracted from your return amount., Skin Act will not be responsible for damage during return shipment. It is the responsibility of the sender to file a damage claim with their chosen carrier.

Any shipment that is refused from the carrier without first contacting, Skin Act may be subject to a restocking fee if the item is used and/or our cost for shipping; whichever is greater.

If the customers has an item that for safety reasons cannot be repackaged, the customer may be charged a restocking fee for the parts that cannot be reused. This includes but is not limited to:

  • All Skin Act Brand Products (Including Gift Packages)
  • Diamond Microdermabrasion Tips
  • Vacuum Filters
  • Facial Massage Brushes
  • Parts & Accessory Sales
  • Microcurrent Self-Use Masks & Eyepads

After 60 days our merchandise falls under the Spa&Equipment, SkinAct 1-year warranty terms and conditions.

Return Procedures:

If the customer wishs to return the merchandise within 60 days of the original date of purchase, the customer should simply follow the steps below.

Return Refund Requirements:

Item must be in brand-new condition. If freight damage occurred during shipping the customer must call within 24 hours of receipt to notify, Skin Act so the compnay's reps can open a claim with the shipping carrier

Item must be returned in the original packaging. Save your original packaging after opening. Skin Act Beauty cannot offer a full refund without our original manufacturer packaging.

Steps To Return Item:

  1. Call one of our representatives at, Skin Act to let us know you would like to return your item. Your representative will add you to the Returns Database and send you and Skin Act Return Authorization Form.
  2. Speak with a representative to receive the Skin Act Return Authorization Form. This Form is mandatory for all returns.
  3. Important Note: Returned items from customers not listed in the Returns Database, or without an official RMA Form will result in refusal of your shipment.
  4. Print and fill out the return form and include this in the box with your return merchandise.
  5. Place your like-new condition merchandise back in the original packaging and seal the box.
  6. Place a note in the box with the reason you are returning the item, your full name, and your phone number.
  7. Ship it back to, Skin Act at the address below using the carrier of your choice (customer is responsible for all return shipping charges). We strongly recommend you put insurance on your return shipment as any damage during return shipping may incur a restocking fee.
  8. Once, Skin Act receives your return, they will open the box to ensure all parts are included and condition is new. All refunds are applied to the same payment method used in the original purchase.

All freight damage must be reported to Skin Act within 24 hours. If damage is visible on delivery, please refuse shipment and contact us at 1(800) 418-0830 or email at [email protected].

All Skin Act part and accessory sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We urge you to ensure you are ordering the correct item before finalizing your purchase.

Skincare, Sanitary Disposable Product & Apparel Return Policy:

Due to COVID 19 and strict safety and hygiene policies as well as the highly personal nature of the skin care products we sell, as well and sanitary product we are unable to accept any returns on them that is purchased from Skin Act.

Bottles Damages In Shipping: Skin Act strives to ensure properly sealed packaging when shipping our products however in rare instances, transit damage may occur.

When your order arrives, immediately inspect each individual bottle for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the content(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1.800.418.0830.  Please provide the order information along with your email address and shipping zip code for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

When purchasing bulk quantities, please open each case to verify all individual bottles arrived safely and undamaged.  If you are unable to verify safe shipment, make sure a representative can do so for you.  After 48 hours from delivery date, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for skin care products.
