It comes with everything in the picture as you see pole, base, and power chord. This has glass lens so you can use any cleaning solution you desire.

Purchase of this unit comes with everything to use as shown in the photo which is the base and the wheel. The clamp of it is sold separately($10 add on) if you want to convert int a table top clamp on light. To clean any Magnifier lens if it's just dusty , you simply need to use a moistened soft cloth with warm water (soft cotton, microfiber ) and gently wipe the lens surfaces.
