I love this steamer because its simple to use, and the steam comes out nicely unlike others, but the arm of this steamer tends to fall down slowly on its own the lower I aim it downward. It started doing this within the first 6 months.

Advantages: I love my news streamer. Great customer service

Disadvantages: Steamer took too long to deliver

I love the steamer and the ease to direct it in different positions. Best steamer I've ever used! I would give it a 5 star, but it has a plastic smell when in use. I have to say though, the plastic reservoirs vs the glass smell worse.

Advantages: Easy to position and glass reservoir.

Disadvantages: Sight plastic smell.
