You can use them, but you have to be very careful with the heating pads, so it does not heat up too much and damage or discolor the upholstery.

Since sheets can block the opening you can also use table paper or nonwoven cover.

For the Lotus treatment table we do not have the option to add stir ups but we do carry a bed with that option. Below I am adding the link.
