If you had replaced the bulb , we recommend you to check the starter that is located inside the sterilizer. If there is no power going through the whole unit, we recommend you to check the fuse which is located outside and replace it with a new one. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

A
It is UV-C with 256nm wavelength
Anywhere from 5-10 min should be sufficient enough to sterilize any instrument. Please keep in mind UV-C is effective. Please keep in mind UV only works in its light path and can be blocked by objects. Make sure what you want sterilized is directly in line with the UV light.
