Does this lamp have hidden rollers/wheels? Is there a way to buy replacement bulbs of light wears out?

No hidden wheels, it comes with a stand. It is a led light and most of the led lights will last you very long time before going bad, and no you can not replace the bulbs like most of the other lights.
