The bed comes with a hole to be able to put the face but does not come with a cradle option.

1-For back rest area
2-For foot rest area

Are you able to attach a face cradle? I never understood the face hole in the table. Wouldn't that be covered up by the table protector, fitted sheet, table warmer, ect. Clients are never lying directly on just the table.

No, the table has a round face hole on it. No extra holes for face cradle.

If you take it out of box it should fit most of the standard doors, the width is 31" inches.
