I had gone into the show room to pick out a new bed for my studio. Yolanda had greeted me and was so patient and friendly. She showed me different beds, chairs to use , and showed me the functions of the bed I wanted to purchase. I didn't purchase right away, but I had called back about 6 weeks later and she remembered me and helped me get everything ordered. I will definitely be back here to purchase my studio equipment and more. :)

I spent months searching for the chair that I wanted for my lab draw area. It had to extend out minimally, but the head must be able to lay back. I took the chance on this company and I could not be more pleased. It did take about 5 weeks for the chair (even though the website said it was in stock). The communication with the company is why I gave 5 stars. They were more than happy to help me troubleshoot some small items I bought. They answered phones, were quick to email and truly a joy to work with. The IV chair is also quite comfortable and the vegan leather feels nice. Don’t hesitate to purchase from Spa & Salon Equipment.
