Seche Ultra-V UV Activated Top Coat. It's the ultimate in UV curable topcoats. Seche Ultra-V UV Activated Top Coat. This top coat leaves a durable, long-wearing, high gloss shine over polish. Dries layers of polish in just 3 minutes under any UV lamp.

Apply over polish and cure under direct UV light for 3 minutes for a long lasting high gloss finish.
