This esthetics bed is sooo perfect. I’m super particular about having a bed that raises up under the backs of the knees and this one has surpassed all my expectations. I use it in my esthetics business and have absolutely no complaints. I put a twin xl memory foam topper on, then fitted massage heating pad, then twin xl waterproof mattress protector and it is absolutely perfect and I wouldn’t change one thing! I wish I would have upgrade to this a long time ago.

I purchased this cabinet 4 years ago. It has been a great purchase. I love the lock drawer and the storage space the shelves provide. Nice, very sturdy and strong cabinet. Rolls really well. I even put my Neatfi lamp on the top. As stated, it’s not easy to damage or scratch the shelves. All around great purchase.
Disadvantages: I haven’t noticed any disadvantage to this cart. It’s perfect and exactly what I needed.

I got this medical spa chair not long ago. It’s heavy and sturdy. However, I can’t go much lower the way I want it which I have to adjust my stool higher and inconvenience. I wish they could have a place to try out before I made this purchase.

Very sturdy piece of equipment. All of the functions work properly, it’s very comfortable for clients, and also nice and long for taller folks. It’s also a very attractive piece and definitely looks inviting for clients. Overall an expertly built piece of equipment.
But just be aware of a few things before you buy:
This sucker is HEAVY! It was really nerve wracking to get it up stairs to my suite so just keep that in mind. I recommend renting some guys to help you out if you need to move it up stairs or long distances.
The other thing that is really disappointing to me is that there’s a stationary wooden base under the moving adjustable bed. This base runs horizontally under the entire length of the bed and is about 3 inches thick. Why do I mention this? Because it blocks my legs from fitting under the bed when I’m seated in my stool. When I adjust the height high enough for my legs to fit (so I don’t have to uncomfortably butterfly stretch while I’m doing a facial), the bed is so high that it’s hard to see or reach my client. I invested in an expensive treatment bed so that it would be ergonomic for me and comfortable for my clients. So you can imagine my slight disappointment after moving this big heavy bed up to my suite, that it’s probably not going to be super comfortable for me. I do think if I get a saddle chair it will help fix the issue. I’m still pleased with my purchase because it does come as advertised, and it’s not the fault of spa&equip that I didn’t notice this design shortcoming, but I just want others to be aware in case it might affect their treatments. This would likely be a non issue for massage therapists, but for an esthetician it is a bummer.

Not hard to put together. Everything works pretty well, I haven’t had any issues. Looking forward to having this as a start up steamer to my studio until I can upgrade to an even better piece.
Disadvantages: No settings to dim or brighten the light. It’s just on or off. And I wish the steamer arm extended longer. You have to really move the steamer close to the bed and angle it just right. It was kinda tough using it during my first facial but I’m sure I’ll get the logistics of how it will work for me.

I’m a lash Artist taking 20-30 clients a week and my $350 stool was not cutting it anymore.watched videos and loved the thick cushion, and all the options to tilt the chair. Took me a week to get use to it but it’s amazing… bought a second one for my second location.

Really good Magnifying lamp, I just wish the power cord was of best quality. It's very thin and short making it harder to move around the treatment room.
Advantages: Bright light, clean look.
Disadvantages: Flimsy power cord, short power cord

This chair seat and backrest is super comfortable! The most comfortable chair I've had! I love how you can adjust the backrest to recline as well! BUT this chair does have disadvantages, this chair does not have enough height I have to adjust my facial bed very low due to this...it's also is very loud, the wheels are not smooth gliding and make so much noise. This is very disappointing considering the price of this chair.
Advantages: Comfortable seat and backrest
Disadvantages: Loud wheels, not tall enough

Looks great. After 1 year I find it to be a chairmen for shorter clients. Tall clients and stylists will like this chair. The handle is on the left side of you facing the chair which requires the client to lift their legs and its a push to lift pull to let down feet. So that's a little awkward. I still have an older shampoo station ihave to use for the shorter clients

Disadvantages: The bowl is kind of loose after using 1 year. I wish you could stabilize once you get client positioned perfectly so it doesn't move every time they move

Good Lash bed for my business. It is uncomfortable to lay on for up to 3 hours and I'm having to add additional foam topper to make it a bit more comfortable for clients. Grey charcoal color looks great. If you need a basic bed, this is a good choice.

I love this steamer because its simple to use, and the steam comes out nicely unlike others, but the arm of this steamer tends to fall down slowly on its own the lower I aim it downward. It started doing this within the first 6 months.

Had this for a year now.
Loved it and still enjoy it....however.
Advantages: My employees think I’m crazy for liking a saddle chair. But I like my legs to have an easy downward slant while working.
Disadvantages: The spring?height-grip? in the chair started to go out after a year and so as I work on clients the chair starts to lower little by little.
Slightly frustrated that the whole reason I got this chair was to accommodate that I am tall. Now I still end up looking like a grasshopper by the end with my knees to my ears. Or I have to change out gloves and adjust the height while I am working.
Also, bought this chair in hopes of changing the wheels to roller glide ones. Only once delivered did I see that they are welded/bolted on with no way to replace the wheels. That may be good to some so you don’t have to fear the wheel falling off. But I had plans for that.
I noticed that after about 6 months the fabric on the chair started to peel up around the edges as well. I am planning to replace it with something else that can be disinfected and won’t grip/rip if anything catches it. Thankfully the screws on the back make it an easy swap.

I am so glad they make them in this size! purest organic argan oil. The quality that you receive is nothing compared to others. it absorbs so quickly into the skin and gives lasting results. The smell of light rose is like the cherry on top.
