The most difficult aspect was the delivery. It’s dropped off in front of the building and I had to find a way to have it brought into my studio on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The bed itself is great. I primarily give facials but my clientele varies with size and age and it’s wonderful to have the option to adjust height and head of bed with the push of a button and little interruption to my services.
Advantages: Ease with making position adjustments, nice size for small space, comfortable
Disadvantages: Delivered in large crate/box and no help to bring in and set up, sheets catch on a bar on the side, no place to store items underneath the table

The bed is very sturdy overall. I love it for the electrical part that goes up and down. The manual tilt is very smooth as well and can stop at any degree of the incline. The only complaint would be how firm the bed topper itself is. The description says its 4 inch padding but not sure what kind of padding it is.. it's HARD! It's not comfortable to lay on it for more than 30 mins. I added a 2 inch memory foam padding on top and that made a huge difference. I also wish there's an option to add on arm rests on either sides for my bigger clients since this bed is pretty narrow overall. I'd totally buy this bed again for the price point and how sturdy it is.

Good Lash bed for my business. It is uncomfortable to lay on for up to 3 hours and I'm having to add additional foam topper to make it a bit more comfortable for clients. Grey charcoal color looks great. If you need a basic bed, this is a good choice.
