The team and customer service at Spa & Equipment are friendly, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I’m pleased to know whenever I place an order I can trust that the products and equipment will be of great quality and handled/shipped with care. They are happy to assist and are honest at what they do; Because of this, I will continue to be a returning customer.

I purchase almost everything my spa needs through Pro Membership. Everything gets delivered fast. If something is wrong, lost, or delayed, they issue refunds or help me with issues immediately

Gigi was fast and furious, very polite, and did everything she could do I received my perfect chair in a few days right before Christmas. Five stars!!!

I love my new facial/massage table. It's very comfort and good material.

Advantages: I like it for my micro-blading treatment and waxing.treatments. I use it for many different treatments. Very convenience.

Disadvantages: heavy to move around as the room is small and I need it for different treatments

Great service, delivered within 7 days from the west to the east coast. Whenever I had questions the chat from spa and equipment.

Advantages: Fast Delivery Service, Customer Service. We absolutely love our spa chair for our salon.

Disadvantages: Absolutely none.
