I absolutely love the ozone steamer, looks nice and works effortlessly. The shipping was a lot faster then expected. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the ticking noise from the timer, unfortunately you hear It the whole time steaming. Other then that I’d say it’s  worth the investment if you’re skeptical. 

Advantages: Stylish look
 heats up fast 
Easy to set up 
Fast shipping 

Disadvantages: It ticks the whole time you’re steaming

Overall a good product, but it has a ticking timer that ends with a loud "ding" when the time is up. It is completely unnecessary and disturbing for the client that is trying to relax. With my old steamer I could leave the water jug on the machine, but if I do it on this machine it discolors the water. Not sure why.

Packaged very well, delivery not a problem. Set up the Facial Ozone Steamer & it worked flawlessly.

Advantages: Sets up easily, works well, price was very right!

Disadvantages: I have only used this once, but I feel the height adjustment may need to go a little higher at times, but so far so good. Love it!
