Love this chair. Have had many before and this one is one of my favorites. Clients like as well. Feels sturdy, secure, great quality, etc

Advantages: Great quality, nice able arms, multi-dimensional movement and electronic, easy to navigate

Disadvantages: No base plugs, headrest not more moveable to fit client needs. 

The bed is great nice and solid and very sturdy it definitely could have been sturdier if the bottom rack was actually attached to the frame. 
The only other things was the paper towel holder it sticks out too far from the bed frame and has caught my leg 3 times and bruised me pretty bad till I learned to walk around it and the paper roll does not fit it’s too small the L shape on the holder is too long to fit the paper holder so it’s now useless and I paid extra for it.

The bed is perfect! I love having the built in storage. It’s perfect for my linens. I love having the adjustable pieces on the bed itself. I keep the knees and head slightly elevated so there’s a contour and my clients all say it’s comfortable. The bed is also extremely sturdy. This was a great investment.

Lightweight but sturdy. Love that the arm is attached separately to the last 10 inches or so, making it possible to have many angles/direction of steam. Also appreciate having option of lower steam pressure making it fully customizable for each client.
