hi, I just got my steamer and I have a problem with The steamer cutting off during use and it'll say "e1 or e2". it always has water in it. And I even tried cutting it off and on again. And it still doesn't work.

It beeps when the time is up, it is not loud but it is noticeable so you know the time is up.
