This chair does get shipped out to you almost fully assembled (backrest knockdown) therefore we ship with a freight company. This item as well as all our items come with 1 year warranty. Since we are the manufacturer anything goes wrong or you need a part you would contact us directly.

You can use alcohol cleaning solutions to disinfect but it will damage any upholstery after some time. The best solution is to use table cover.

We are in California, if you are in California you will be charged for California tax otherwise there is no tax for other states. It comes with footsie bath if you want to remove it please select no in the last option and $79 will be deducted from the price.

Does the water heat up in the footsie bath? If so, how long does it take. If not and hot water is used will the footsie bath keep water warmed?

It has a built in heater and it will warm up the water approximately within 10 to 30 minutes but it is not like running a hot water. If you use this pour room temperature or hot water inside so will heat up faster.
