Can this chair be used as an OR table when in the flat position for liposuction procedures? Can a patient climb onto the chair with it in the flat (supine) position?

If you are planning on using it flat position, you need to ensure your patient’s seat on the seat cushion (not on the back or the foot section) as it cannot carry someone’s weight by the backrest or the footrest.
If you are looking to use flat position we would highly recommend to go with more of a procedure table that has 4 leg base that can support weight from either the back or the foot rest if someone seats on those area.

Is there a full length plastic cover for this chair? That is, instead of just getting a plastic foot cover for chair, I need a full length plastic cover that covers chair head to toe.

We only have the plastic protective cover for the foot portion of the bed. If you need a protection for the entire bed we do carry the non woven roll. Below I will add the link.

Can the table positions be adjusted with the patient laying on the table? Or do I need to position first, then have them get on the table?

No the table position can be adjusted while patient is on the table just make sure the patent in a stable position and use your common sense when you are moving the table.
