Do I understand correctly that for this one 20lb box, you will not actually bring it to the business but leave it on the CURB? or charge an additional $300 onto the $200 steamer just to walk it into the office? There are no other options? I usually order my steamers from Massage Warehouse, so I am confused by this shipping issue.

No, you can only use aroma Oil, the machine has a place on top of steamer arm to put aroma oil, please check the Video.
