Hi! What 'face-hole' cushions does this product ship with? The black looks like there is just a hole insert, whereas the white chair looks like it has an elevated cushion that is attached from the top.
Does the unit come with both options?

Also, what is the tapered width of the chair top portion where the face-hole is?
