It is a membership so just like any, it auto renews unless you stop the subscription before the next bill year. To stop subscription, simple log in to the account>click on Subscriptions link > then click on "Stop subscriptions" button, also if you decide to keep the Subscriptions you can follow the same process and click on "Keep auto subscriptions".

If you use it to purchase an item you can not cancel it, but if you don't use it you can cancel with 60 days.

The pro membership does not give free shipping on our spa packages. But you can always contact us and we can see if there are any options for discounts, being that offers can randomly appear.
