You need to wet your towels before putting in towel warmer. I have worked with many world class spas and salons, for salon and spa services you always want to wet your towels before putting in any towel warmer.

After 30 to 40 minutes towels should be warm enough if it is too hot let the towel cool down a little bit before putting it on customers face.
