This particular unit has .3 MHz which is fairly strong. This is an esthetician grade Radio frequency that can be operated by esthetician (most states) as well be used at doctor's office. In plastic surgeons offices most of the machines that they operate are medical grade meaning it can only be operated by doctor or PA. Each unit can vary depending on their specification.
