All the bases are heavy duty, the only difference is the design and shape, square shape, round shape and star shape.

Backrest size is :18" Height x 19" width
Foot rest length is about 14"
* All measurements have a 0.5 to 1 inch tolerance

No the base option will not change the height of the chair, it is just different design. Please check the product descriptions for measurements.

It is one of the lightest chairs we sale, but it is not a portable chair and it will be difficult to use it as a portable chair, and none of the bases comes with wheels.
