It is a digital steamer so it is very quiet and it only makes a beep noise when it ends.

The machine comes with the attachments necessary for each of the functions the machine comes with. The Pro 12 function system does not have the option of diamond microdermabrasion. Below I am adding the link to our Cosmo 15 which does have the diamond microdermabrasion option.
