How do you change the lightbulb? I have tried to put a new one in and it won’t light up- maybe I need to prefer another bulb?

If you had replaced the bulb , we recommend you to check the starter that is located inside the sterilizer. If there is no power going through the whole unit, we recommend you to check the fuse which is located outside and replace it with a new one. Please contact customer service for further assistance.
