  I chose this company to purchase a new electrolysis device. What initially drew me in were the quality free gifts with purchase. But what sealed the deal was customer service/sales specialist Ryan Winters. Ryan reached out to me immediately while I was shopping to offer any help I may need and a small coupon. He wasn’t pushy, just super nice and helpful. He even followed up with me after purchasing which made me feel really good and valued as a customer! ❤️

  My Experience with Zlz.G at the SkinAct has been a total amazing experience. She went out her way to resolve an issue from 2 years ago. I will definitely be a loyal customer for all my Salon needs. She was so kind, professional and she put me as a customer first. That is hard to come by these days in the beauty industry. I in love with all my salon equipment and products.
