  I spent months searching for the chair that I wanted for my lab draw area. It had to extend out minimally, but the head must be able to lay back. I took the chance on this company and I could not be more pleased. It did take about 5 weeks for the chair (even though the website said it was in stock). The communication with the company is why I gave 5 stars. They were more than happy to help me troubleshoot some small items I bought. They answered phones, were quick to email and truly a joy to work with. The IV chair is also quite comfortable and the vegan leather feels nice. Don’t hesitate to purchase from Spa & Salon Equipment.   I've had the best experience with Skin Act ! I am so pleased with my purchase. My chair has elevated my spa's suite and instantly given it a luxurious update. I'm excited for my clients to try it out. I, also, had such a pleasant encounter with Yolanda M. She was so helpful with assisting me in receiving an item that my order was missing! I would definitely order again from them!
