This says body masque but also not recommended for full body use. Can I use this as a treatment under the infrared sauna? Thank you

This masque is intended for localized body applications rather than full body coverage, which is why it is not recommended for full body treatments. Because of that, it should not be used as a full-body treatment under an infrared sauna; if you choose to use it with heat, limit it to small, targeted areas and follow your standard safety protocols for client tolerance and skin sensitivity.
