It’s ok, I don’t think it gets my towels hot enough. Takes forever to heat them to the temp I like. If you stuff too many towels in they won’t heat up. They all need space around them to heat. I have to make towels like 2 hrs before a facial to be hot, if not they are warm and blah.

I liked the design for this towel warmer so I purchased it. It comes in handy and keeps my towels clean and ready to go.

First I bought the 12 pc hot towel cabinet, but unfortunately they were out of stock, but here comes the good part they upgraded me to the 24 pc with no extra charge. I couldn’t be more happier thank you spaandequipment.

Such GREAT a customer service team. So helpful, responsive, and kind! The hot towel cabinet works GREAT. I’ve had it for about 4 or 5 months now and I have no complaints. Heats up fairly quickly, shuts quietly, holds a very decent amount of towels and keeps them good and toasty!
